Hyperlinked urls in description fields not hyperlinking in new view

• When I initially view an issue on the "new view" if there are urls entered into the description field or a free form field - these are not hyperlinked.
• I click on the issue link at the very top of the page to go to the old view.
• Then I click back onto the "new view" and all the urls are magically hyperlinked.

It's not the ideal work around but I was wondering if anyone else was seeing this and if there is a solution that will allow the user to click on the issue, and view all the urls entered into a description field already hyperlinked without having to click back and forth to correct the view.

I am experiencing this similarly, however when loading the page in the new view, the URLs (in my case, other Jira keys) are briefly hyperlinked while the page is loading, but then return to plain text after the page is fully loaded. I am using Chrome on a Windows machine. I sent this feedback to Atlassian via the "Provide feedback" link on the new issue view.
