HubSpot object "extraction"
Hi community,
I have been tasked with integrating HubSpot -> Jira Cloud -> Client Success.
All done, except that Client Success cannot pull data from the HubSpot 'Company' custom field in Jira, because it's an object.
I therefore need to somehow pull the company name from the object custom field into a new multi-text custom field (to ensure the link is also pulled thru) so that I can then pull that field into Client Success.
I've tried the Jira automation, but it cannot seem to see an object custom field.
Is there a way to extract the company name from a Jira custom field object, into a new multi-text field?
