We are going to migrate Jira and Confluence server to Cloud.

In our server environment, users are registered in Jira Crowd, there is no link with our Active directory.

How do i handle my migration ?

First migrate all my users with the cloud migration assitent, and afterwards implementing Atlassian Access ?

Or are there other steps to take ?

I already started my cloud trial for Jira and Confluence without Jira Access.

I will use the trail environment for test migrations and user acceptance testing.

When i will migrate to production i will setup a new cloud environment.

Hello Erik:

Here's a support article about order of application migrations: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/determine-your-user-migration-strategy/

If you want to migrate from Crowd to Atlassian Access, here's a guide: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/atlassian-access-and-cloud-migrations/

Hope this helps!
