How would I be able to create a project on Jira?

I am a new user in Jira and I would like to explore more. I have trouble creating a new project in Jira. Do I have to take admin certifications to be able to create new projects? I don't see "Create Project" in Projects Tab.

You need to have jira administrator permission to create projects in Jira. Please make sure that you have admin access.

Hi @Erick John Reyes ,

You need to check with other jira admins in your organisation or you need to consult your internal IT team who is managing the Jira instances.
