Does this allow for scheduling from JIRA to Google Calendar and other features? Or is this just a general copy of schedule data?

Work Time Calendar can be configured to show multi google calendars. Then you can create JIRA worklogs from google calendars entries in one click.
It does not create google calendar antries.
