How view User Story ID in filter

I tried adding a filter to see User Story ID but can't.

Can you elaborate your enquiry further? what is User Story ID? is it a customfield? based on the screenshot it seems you are able to get the User Story ID.
Nevertheless, if it is a customfield you can display it by selecting it under the Columns for your filter:
