How to write a Query to find issues for a particular status changed in a specific duration?

I would like to get the list of CRs moved from "In Implementation" to "Implementation Done" state from 01-June-2016 to 26-Nov-2016.

Current state of the CRs can be anything in this case.

You can do something like this:

status changed from "In Implementation" to "Implementation Done" after "06/01/2016" before "11/26/2016"
