Hi,
We use Jira in our organisation. Now, we have a client who is also using Jira. So they have given us access to a project in their Jira.
Is there a way to have a single view of all issues across different Jira workspace ?
Thanks for your help !
Hello Marc-André,
You can try WatchTower, an app to put issues from different Jira instances on a single board.
It enables you to see the whole picture from remote Cloud, Server, or DC locations on one control panel.
Feel free to install a free 30-day trial to see if it suits you.
I am with the WatchTower team, so if you have any questions, I'd be happy to take you through the configuration steps or show you a demo.
Best regards,
Katie
Hi Katie,
is there a way to remove the boards for the tickets and use only the TimeBoard? We in our organization only need the Timeboard, which accumulates the times of the different Jira instances.
Best Regards,
Chris

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your question.
In order to know which tickets you want to see in your time report, you need to configure sources first. Omitting the board view is not possible at the moment but will probably add in the future.

Katie

For two different instances there is no way to see it all on a single dashboard or a single report. All I can think of is to export both sites to CVS and merge it in excel and get reports that way or just have two different browsers up and view each side by side.

I would, but I'm afraid of how long their receipts get...
