Has anyone integrated Jira with Microstrategy either through Microstrategy's connector or using a Jira API to access the data?
We've tried the Microstrategy connector but have issues:
- Connection keeps giving us error messages
- The data tables and fields are imported and the custom field names are cryptic. We map them and they get overwritten on a refresh
