I would like to change my name in the account settings, but it shows “Set by administrator” and I cannot make the change.
I asked the people involved at the time of registration who the administrator is, but no one knows.

Welcome. That's something your company would probably know. You need to find who's the org admin of your Atlassian site. This is usually some who setup up the site. You might try raising a ticket with Atlassian Support and they may provide you an email contact.
