How to use the Full Name with Big Gantt ?

Hello,

We use BigGantt and we need to display the assignee's full name on the schedule. It's ok for some people, but for others we can only see the public name, and we don't understand why.

On the page: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility it says "Always visible on Atlassian public forums, such as Atlassian Community. If you restrict the visibility of Full name, people who can't view your full name see your public name instead. (This also applies to apps when they can't access your full name.)

We're all from the same organization, and on the https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility page, we've all selected "Full name: Who can see this > Our organization"

I may have forgotten something, why some display the public name and others the full name...

The list of resources in BigGantt is generated automatically when a Program is created and shows all resources assigned to tasks in the scope of created Programs. Resource's displayed name is correlated with Jira account settings. 

In BigGantt, you can edit only resource-related data, such as Workload and Holiday plans, or define Skills.

According to your information, BigGantt displays public, not full resource name, regardless of visibility settings. Please, raise a ticket via our Service Desk, providing more details. This will allow our product specialists and developers to investigate your instance individually.
