How to use saved filters on boards and views?

Hi everyone, 

I'm using a Software project with a team-managed setting.

I'd like to save filters on Jira boards or views - like the one in the picture below.

As things stand, this filter is lost when I move to another tab, which is really frustrating and means a lot of clicking work to set the filter each time.  

Is there a way to lock the filter or save and use it somehow?

Unfortunately saved filters or persistent views are not supported, afaik.
