I want to grant acces in a JIRA Servicedesk project to specific issues to specific users. Based upon the creator of an issue.
Suppose I have Servicedesk user supportuser1
She is only allowed to see and change issues of customer 1 and 2. So any issue created by customer users belonging to customer1 or customer2 can be viewed and answered by this supportuser1.
How can I achieve this in JIRA cloud?
