How to upload an image file to a issue in JIRA using vbscript?

I am trying to upload an image file to a issue using JIRA API & vbscript but so far no luck. I could not figure out the request body for adding an image file. Please help.

You need to add it as an attachment. Pass it as multipart/form-data
