How to update an existing GitLab integration

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I've connected an existing GitLab project to Jira, but then renamed it on GitLab side. Now I'm trying to update this link on Jira side but can't find any place where it can be done. I even uninstalled and installed GitLab app, but it looks like all Jira settings are being preserved when application is uninstalled, so that did not help at all.
