How to unpin issues in this epic from the main epic?

Hello!

I'm using jira cloud, the free version of the roadmap.

Problem: there is an epic, there are issues in this epic. The epic has been successfully completed, but there are several open tasks left that I would like to transfer to another process (in support). When i try to transfer or copy an issue, the issue is transferred or copied along with the entire epic.

Tell me how you can detach a task from an epic?

First moving an issue out from under an epic shouldn’t move the entire epic. However maybe something has changed? In any event what I would recommend you try is to simply remove the epic link from the issue you wish to remove from the epic. Or you can set a different epic link.

please clarify how can I remove the link to the epic inside isses? I do not find such an action :(

Go to the detail issue view for the specific issue and expose the epic link field which might be under the more option on the right hand side. Click into that field and simply clear it.
