×I added the Git Integration app by GitKraken and am on a trial period. Thinking we weren't going to use it, I cancelled the subscription. Upon further thought, we'd like to reinstate the app and continue with the subscription.
Given that there is no direct way to do that, I was offered instructions on how to switch our plan from premium to standard and back to premium to reset all subscriptions. However those instructions I think probably aren't updated for the new navigation and I was unable to follow them.
Hello @Bob Finger
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Who provided you with guidance to switch your plan? I have not heard that recommendation before.
Are you following plan-switch instructions for that from an Atlassian provided document? If so, can you provide a link for that document?
Also, I have a pending app cancellation in my own environment, and I find an "Undo Cancellation" button when I go to
admin.atlassian.com > Billing > Manage (button next to the app in the billing list)
I am getting a "new Billing Preview" screen where I find the Manage buttons for subscriptions to the Atlassian apps and 3rd party apps.

Hi @Trudy Claspill .
Sorry, I don't remember but I think it might have been the Chat Bot that offered that suggestion. In any case, we decided to let the cancellation happen. If we decide later to use this plugin we'll install it again.
