How to track the log if one admin id/pass uses by multiple user on different machine to create issue

suppose i have one admin id/pass like. abc/abc and this is/pass are using for login by multiple user to create the issue then how we can track the log who will create the issues. is there any api or plugin.?

or can we use the authentication rest api to manage this requirement.

You can't.  If I log in as abc, then I'm abc.  You have no way of knowing who that is.  You need to give them separate accounts.  That's the whole point of user names!
