How to track remaining vacations by users ?

Hi, 

Is it possible in Tempo or Jira software to track available vacations ? 

I set the internal issue to log and plan vacation time.

But I need to know the remaining vacation time. So it would be easier for the approval process.

I'm not a Tempo expert but my company uses it and I'm pretty sure there's a way to have Tempo track vacation time.  A way I can think of in JSW to track vacation is to create a issue for each persons vacation with the estimated hours being the total vacation for the year.  Then create a subtask with each use of vacation time with the time off logged which will reduce the remaining hours in the parent task by the number logged.
