How to track if issues children of Saga milestones have changed target end date

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to track all issues blocking an issue tagged as milestone (it's labelled as Milestone) where the initial Target End date has been modified (shifted to a later date). This would help me to make sure we are on time to deliver the milestone. Is it possible to do so with JQL or there is an automation available?
