How to track down the user that created the project

Is there a way in jira to view who created certain projects?

Hi @Vu Tran 

Yes.  The site admin may view the system audit log and see who created a project:

Administration > Jira > Audit log

You can look in the system audit log.

Go to Settings > System > Audit log

But if someone delete the adit-log is there another way to find it out in the database?
