How to take a backup of a Jira Cloud instance more frequent than once in 48 hours?

Hello,

We merge a Jira server instance with a Jira Cloud instance. On the day of merging we need to take two backups of our Jira Cloud instance: one for merging (for Jira Server) and the other one for rolling back in case of emergency (for Jira Cloud).

But right now we can make one backup within 48 hours. How can we take two backups one after another? Whom can we contact about it?

Hi Alexey,

You can contact the support team when you're ready for them to reset the backup timer and they'll take care of that for you.
