How to sync two table grid custom field in two different projects

Hi,
I have a situation here,in project 'A' have a TGE in one issue as a custom field and it having columns like key, status, summary,ID and target date. In project B' I have same field as columns in TGE in project A. If I changed TD or status fields it should automatically change in table grid column in project A. Is it possible to sync these fields. any suggestions please, thanks.
