How to swotch "Pay later by invoice" to "pay with credit?

Hi there, 

 

I need to switch my payment method from "Pay later by invoice" to "pay with credit card". I updated the companies credit cards but I can't seem to switch the subscription to the credit card payment method. 

I wasnrt he business + AI package.

Thank you! I have updated my company credit card but not able to complete payment.

In many cases you can’t directly switch from invoice billing to credit card on an active subscription. You may need to update billing details or resubscribe using a card. If that doesn’t work, Atlassian support can usually help migrate it.

Hi @Adrian Villa,

Since you have already updated the company credit card in your profile, there is just one final step to link it to your subscription.

How to switch your payment method:

  1. Log in to admin.atlassian.com/billing.

  2. Select your Billing Account.

  3. Under Subscriptions, find your product and click Manage.

  4. In the Payment Method section, click Change.

  5. Select your Credit Card from the list and save.

Note on existing invoices:
If you have an unpaid invoice already issued, you will need to pay that specific invoice manually using the "Pay Now" button in your Invoices tab before the subscription fully transitions to automatic card billing.

If this doesn't work, our Customer Advocate team will need to look at your backend license data. Please create a support ticket here so they can investigate this securely.

When you submit the ticket, it helps to include:

  • Your URL, SEN, EN or invoice number if you have it.

  • A quick description of the issue.

This will allow us to assist more effectively.
