How to suppress/bypass the https warning?

On Jira home page, it loads 1^st on HTTPS as it’s a secure page. Is there a way to by passes the secure page, make load the page directly without prompting the security warning (since it’s an internal home page)?

It's an internal application so we used a self-sign cert.

You need to import the self-signed certificate into the browser. This is not something that can be configured in JIRA, but on the browser.
