How to substitute hostname ?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Change your application or site name

Hello,

Our cloud instance is identified by the url : treves-group.atlassian.net.

How is it possible to substitute it by our own url : itsm.treves-group.com ? Are we able to configure a virtual host for this ?

No, the Cloud application has to live on <something>.atlassian.net (and even moving it to a different <something> is a pain)

There are requests to allow for other domains to be used, but they're moving slowly.
