Hello!

If I have 3 different service desk portals in Jira, and I want only one of them to be restricted to only members of our company, how can I go about that?

At the moment, anyone can go into a portal and create a user account and make a request. This is desired for two of our portals, but one is meant to be internal only. I need to restrict access to that one portal without affecting the other two.

I see the option in Global Settings for:

Can customers create their own accounts?

Yes, by signing up or sending a request

No, only my team can create accounts

I cannot change that setting, however, because it will affect all of our portals.

Does anyone have any advice here?

You would need to talk to the cloud support. If you were on server you could eliminate the URL  for the company portal from the public facing DNS. Cloud support may have a way to filter requests coming from particular IP addresses
