How to show original estimate as a tag on Kanban board

In our Kanban board original estimate is shown as a usual text field:

How to show this field as a field? I see in docs it this way:

I saw that the documentation you linked is related to Scrum boards, not Kanban boards.

In Scrum boards, you can select in which field the estimation of the board will be based (Under board settings > Estimation). That being said, if you select the estimation to be based on the original estimate field, your board cards will be flagged with the original estimate field of the issue.

It is not possible to set a specific estimation for Kanban boards since the approach of continuous deployment does not match that goal, so you can only add estimation fields as plan text in the cards of kanban boards. Anyway, we have the following feature request created to allow the estimation selection in Kanban boards as well:

Estimation tab availability in Board settings for Kanban board.
