How to show more Issuetypes on the create screen

By default, the 'quick-create' shows 2 issuetypes, is there a way to reconfigure that to show 4 issuetypes (drop 5+ issuetypes in the 'Other' dropdown)??

Issue types available for a particular project are governed by the Issue Type Scheme associated to that project. If you want more issue types to be seen for that project, you have to add the issue type you want to the issue type scheme associated with that project.

There is no way to have an Other Drop-Down which will show you more issue types. There can only be one issue type drop-down.
