Hey everyone! Like many Jira users, I am trying to balance many things at once while using as few tools as possible.
My team and company love Jira but struggle finding a good roadmap/timeline/gantt feature. I know that with a nextgen project you can have a roadmap that ties to the epic level which is great - this alleviates the need to do so in a tool like Asana/a Gantt chart/Sheets, etc. However, the nextgen project doesn't offer enough critical functionality in the ticketing realm. We've looked into tools like Zapier and other Gantt Jira plugins (and are still looking) but was wondering if anyone knew of a way to have your classic Jira Software epics show up on a nextgen roadmap without manually linking them into a replicated and identical epic on the nextgen roadmap?
Surely we're not the only team struggling with this. We would love to have everything in Jira if possible!!
