How to show in a custom field, the others issues of my project

Hi everyone, I have a project with 2 initiatives created, 

I want in the issue User Story, create a custom field that showing the 2 initiatives.

1 initiative I show it with parent link, but the other i can't find the way to do it

Is there an option to do it without plug-ins?

If you have Jira Portfolio plug-in, you can configure the Parent structure.

using Portfolio Administration --> Portfolio hierarchy configuration you can set the parent and child, in this it will have have different issue types to set the parent to parent link but not for the 2 initiatives.
