How to show/ hide Message Type custom field in Scriptrunner Cloud Behavior?

Hi Community,

How we can show/ hide Message Type custom field on Issue View screen based on Workflow Status and User Groups using Scriptrunner Cloud Behavior?

Please provide a sample code as it would be a great help for reference.

Hi Digvijay,

I can confirm that behaviours for Jira cloud only supports the fields documented here for the issue view screen and Message type field is not supported which means your requirement will not be possible. 

However, I can confirm for checking a workflow status and user group in a script you can see examples of how to do this here and here to help you with writing future scripts.

When we can expect this feature to be introduced in Scriptrunner Cloud behavior as it is currently available in Scriptrunner DC behaviors?

Is there any Product Enhancement Feedback ticket, where we can vote or is this new enhancement in your upcoming product roadmap?

Hi Digvijay,

I cannot give a timescale as to when, as in Cloud Behaviours, we will use the UI modifications API from Atlassian, so we can only support fields that Atlassian supports in this API. 

If Atlassian add support for this field type, then it will get added to behaviours.
