Let's see if someone can help me with this dilemma. :D
I created a custom field that I called "Root Cause" in the TEMPO Timesheet tool so that I could later identify the big villains in our internal service using a Pareto for example.
Currently I extract this information from the report in the TIME Timesheet tool to a spreadsheet and then graph it externally, because in the JIRA dashboard this field is not available.
This job would be much easier if I had how to get this field from a gadget. Any idea?
