How to show Validation message in Email to Reporter in JIRA data-center?

Hi Team,

I have a validation on a status change, where Reporter has to fill the Required fields before moving the issue to another status.

The Validation message shows the field names which are not filled before moving the issue to another status. 

Simultaneously, I also want to send a custom email to the Reporter, showing the same Validation message in the email content.

Please guide me further how I can achieve the above requirement - either by automation or scriptrunner. It will be a great help.

Can anybody help me out with my mentioned use-case here?

I am trying a way through Post Function i.e. Send Custom Email via Scriptrunner. 

I am struggling to write a condition in configuration section and how to use that condition in Email Template section.

I have put a Validation when the issue transitions from one status to another, the Validation message shows the Required Field Names which are not filled yet.

At the same time, I want to send an email to Reporter and the email content should display the same Validation message. 

It will be a great help if you can guide me on how to set the Required Qus conditions and how to write a script in Email Template where I can add a statement saying "Please fill the value of this Custom Field - XXXXX before moving the issue to the next status" based on the condition.
