Right now I am working on IOS application
in that i need to show clients Jira projects and issues inside IOS Application based on their authentication
Can anyone help me to find best solution to integrate this functionality in IOS application

You will need to use the Atlassian API. You can use this to do things like get issues, update issues, etc.
