How to show Business Value in Backlogs

Hi,

I've been looking for a while, but can't find an answer to my question.

We would like to have the business values directly in the backlog view, without needing to enter the story (just like story points).

I've seen the “required” option is available, but it doesn't show the value anyway.

I know it was possible in the past versions of JIRA, but can't find it nowadays.

Hi @Rodolphe Galland and welcome to the community,

Go to your backlog and

• click on the ellipsis menu (upper right corner, three dots)
• Go to card layout and find the field you want to add (in your case business value)
• Go back to your board
• The field value will be displayed below the issue summary

Adding some context to @Alex Koxaras -Relational- 's response, customizing the card layout is not available for Team Managed project boards. It is available for Company Managed Software project boards, or boards created from Saved Filters.
