I want to share all the new releases that we do with customers outside of our organisations and can't figure how to do that, can someone help me on the same?
Jira doesn’t have a built-in way to share release notes with people outside your organization. It’s mostly focused on internal project tracking.
If you want to publish updates for customers, Released is designed for that. It pulls information straight from Jira and lets you create polished release notes, roadmaps, and updates that can be shared on a public site, in-app widget, or even pushed to Slack and email.
That way your customers always know what’s new—without you having to copy-paste from Jira every time.

@Vikas Gharawala you can create a Confluence space that is publicly accessible and publish your release notes there
or you can set up an automation rule that sends email notifications to pre-configured email addresses on a certain trigger
or you can use the release notes apps that are available on the marketplace & should allow you to distribute the release notes documents via different channels such as - email, slack etc
Hope that helps.
Best,
Anand
