How to share dashboard

Dear support,

A member of our project cannot share his created dashboard.
He can chose "private" only in both of filiter and dashboard.

I belong same project and I can share my created them, why he cannot?

Please let me know how to share his created dashboard to project members.

Share dashboards and filters is a global permission in Jira.

Is he member of a group that has been granted this permission?

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your answer.

He don't have grobal permission and our admin give him it!

After that, he can share his dashboard and filter.

1. Check which user group is he in 

Choose one of the action bellow

2.1 Change his user group 

2.2 grant his current user group 【Share dashboards and filters】 permission

He can share his dashboard and filter.
