How to setup an alert when a new story is added to feature after it's moved to certain status.

We would like to receive an alert when a new story is created after the feature is moved to some status.

Let's say when a Feature is in-review status and stories are being added, then we need to get alerted. Any ideas? Thank you!

If 'alert' means a notification, the creation of the new story will generate that. However, you would need scripting or plugin to link the creation to of the story to the feature status to send a separate notification.
