How to settle story points together with time tracking on the Story issue type?

I would need to track the time and estimate the complexity of work on each Story.

Please how should I proceed? 

The project is classic JIRA >Software 

Board > Scrum

Time tracking needed > monitoring of one part of the scrum team /external Company, so the time tracking should be used to control agreed budget, mandays

@ms - you can set estimation on a scrum board to Story Points to practically organize and prioritize the work and still log time against issues.

Have you read the help doc on configuring estimation and tracking on a scrum board? If not, it describes the impacts of choosing specifying story points or hours as an estimation unit for a board.
