How to set up an project environment where people can create anonymous tickets

Hi guys,

Im looking at how to create an environment where users can create tickets anonymously. I am aware of this post: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-allow-anonymous-issue-creation-and-prevent-anonymous-viewing-of-issues-779160846.html but I do not completely get it.

Can anybody tell what steps are involved in doing this?

Have a look at this KB:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Thanks for your help. However if I do this:

- Go to permission schemes

- Click on permissions

And I make sure that anyone can create issues:

I still have to log in when I go the jira environment... Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
