How to set sending the daily report email via jira automation?

We need send daily report to some people,and hope get the data from jira kanban.

1.Trigger condition :such as when some issue add a subtask,or add some story/task card,or when add some comments for a issue,etc.

2.Email Template: Everyday ,it can summary assignee's work list by date.

and show the fileds and values as below via table:

I see at least four options for these:

1. Using filters and filter subscriptions. This is simple and free, although not very flexible.
2. Using automation rules. It is more flexible, but you can only send relatively simple emails.
3. Using the Better PDF Automation app to email the filter output or even a Jira dashboard. If you take the dashboard approach, you can make the daily report rich, using charts, multiple gadgets, etc.!
4. Using the Better Excel Automation app to email the filter output as an Excel spreadsheet enhanced with formulas, Excel charts and so. See the screenshot below. If Excel is a format that suits your use case, it is also a powerful approach!

Each of these has its virtues, decide what is more important to you.
