Which issue are you anticipating is triggering the rule? Do you want it triggered by an update to an issue that is a parent to a subtask, or by an update to the subtask?
What is the condition that you are trying to apply to the attachment?
Are you trying to apply the condition to each attachment on the subtask?
For the Update Parent Field action, are you trying to update the Parent field of the trigger issue or the trigger issue's subtask?

Whenever asking for help with an Automation Rule, it will help us help you if you include a screen image of the complete rule, images that show the details of each step, the details output to the Audit Log when the rule executed, and then explain to us what you observe happening when the rule runs and how that does or doesn't meet your expectations.
I understand now that the rule you want to create is:
I want to update a field on the parent issue (trigger issue). if the rule detects an attachment on the subtask (child issue)
I do not yet understand the construction of your rule from what you have provided. An image of your rule will clarify that.
