How to set None for Security level

I enabled set security level for my project on jira. all over internet please say the default option is None. but in my case the default option came as the Schema name which i enabled for a group. because of this only the group members are able to browse the project.

My requirement is everyone should browse the project and only a particular group should browse some particular bugs (which contains Security/sensitive informations on the bugs).

how do i make the bugs in the entire project come as None on the Security level ?

add the option with none to security level and provide the permision to all jira users or project users
