How to set Edit Own Comments' permission to owner of the comment

Hi,

I want to set the 'Edit/delete Own Comments/attachments' permission to owner of the comment/attachment and no one else in the project. How can I set this permission?

When I check for the permission options, there is a 'reporter' option, but I believe it refers to the 'Creater' of the issue and not to the user who put comment.

Any solution to achieve this?

Regards,

Rumit

It sounds like you've answered your own question here.

If you set the permission scheme to say "edit/delete own comments" for users, then that's all you need. Even if you set it to "anyone", it will do the job - Alice will only be able to amend comments made by Alice, Bob will only be able to modify Bob's comments and so-on.

I suspect you've allowed more groups to edit/delete projects - you'll need to remove them from the permission scheme whatever you do
