How to see quick filters as links instead of drop-down menu options in a Board

In a Jira cloud version, we can visualize the quick links in a drop-down menu like this:quickFiltersDropDownMenu.png

but in another project with the server Jira instance, it looks like this:

is there a way to configure the quick filter visualization like in last board for Jira Cloud?

I'm afraid the "new" ui for this that moves the quick filters into a drop-down is not configurable.  It's one of many reasons I don't like the Cloud UI.

The new version provides a better look and feel for the quick filters for Cloud version.

That terrible nasty drop down seems to go away if you have only 4 quick filters or less.  I wish we could configure that number!
