I am not able to see issue resolutions like fixed, will not fix , closed etc. in the status dropdown

Tried to add a workflow from marketplace, then configure a screen and corresponding screen schemes or issue type screen schemes - but am not able to make a workflow as active -

I am having a team-managed jira - please help on how to get the various resoultion statuses

Hello @For Share

Welcome to the Atlassian comunity.

First, let us clarify terminology. For issues Status and Resolution are two different fields. You would use the Resolution value to provide more context to the Status values that you use for indicating no more work will be done )or no more work is needed) for an issue.

In a Team Managed project you can add/customize the Statuses that are available in the workflow, but currently you cannot customize the Resolution values that you would couple with the final Statuses of the workflow. There is a change request to support customizing Resolution values in Team Managed projects. You can add your vote to it here.

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17499

To customize the Status (customize the workflow) for a Team Managed project, refer to this documentation:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-how-work-flows-in-your-team-managed-project/

You talked about schemes in your post. Schemes apply only to Company Managed projects. So, if you were referencing documentation about schemes, that documentation does not apply to a Team Managed project at all.
