planning to archive inactive/old jira projects but i don't see archive option under settings selected project sand under Actions i don't see any option to select.
My Jira instance i see is
Go to Settings > Spaces ([BASEURL]/jira/settings/projects/manage)
this will lead you to Manage Spaces view. In the last, right-most column of this view you will see 'Space URL' column name.
Click on those 3 dots to make the action menu appear and select 'Archive'

Hi @srujana_garneni ,
You can directly go to the projects -> check for the project -> click on the 3 dots, there you can see the archive option, or else you can refer this document

Hi @srujana_garneni , I think it may be because of this reason,
If the Archive option is missing, it's typically not because the feature is absent but due to insufficient permissions, May I know do you have the jira admin permission.
FYI : Only jira admins can archive the projects

understood that's what i thought as when i see under settings i see only 2 options Jira administration and Projects. I am only able to select projects not even Jira Admin option.
FYI: But i am admin for the Jira board of that project not the project lead.
Thank you!
