Is there any way to see when a support desk customer account last logged in?  I seem to recall this being visible somewhere, but no longer?

If I try to open a customer account, I'm brought to https://XXX.atlassian.net/people/search which only shows our actual JIRA accounts, no customer accounts.

Thanks for your help!

Hi @Ben BrownTry this:

  1. Go to your site's Administration at admin.atlassian.com:
    1. If you're an admin for one site, you'll land on the Users page of your site.
    2. If you're an admin for multiple sites or an organization admin, click a site's name and URL to open the Administration for that site.
  2. From the Users page, select the user to see details such as "Last seen on" under the site access setting.

Adapted from this Atlassian doc page.

Thanks Michael.  This show the list of JIRA users, but not Support Desk Customers.

Is there any way to see the same detail for Support Desk Customers?

Thanks,
bb

You would need to migrate that user to an Atlassian account and then make sure they do not have product access so they do not consume a license seat.  Then they will appear in the regular user list.

It may not be worth the trouble.
