Hi, i need to be able to report on the issues which are received within the Group that has two sub companies with two different email domains. All users from entire group reports the issues by sending an emial from their email accoutns to one our one generic email account. I need to be able to filtrate issues reported by users from company 1, vs users from company 2. Can you advise how to do that please?

My first idea would be to add a field of type "Domain of the reporter"
Adding this field to your issue will automatically fill the domain (everything after the @) from the reporter in to that field.
Afterwards I'd think you can just filter on that new field then.
